Long Beach Pride Run hosted by Long Beach Shoreline Front Runners, will take place on May 20th.  Those of you that are not familiar with this Small Town Race – I think its about time you get to know this race. Shoreline Front Runners is a running group that supports LGBTQ community in Long Beach/OC area. (Los Angeles and San Diego have their own chapter of this group). Every year, before Long Beach Pride Parade on Sunday, runners get to participate and run a 5k/10k by Cherry and Ocean Blvd in Long Beach. Race takes place around 8am. Last year I participated and its a small group of runners, and there was age division winners, and top 3 winners. I absolutely loved the low key race, with so much spirit and love!

It will mean a lot, if we get more people from all walk of life come participate this small race this year and make it a success! If you are LGBTQ, or a supporter, or just someone that loves everyone means everyone to live/love and thrive, come run with us this year! All proceeds will be donated to local organizations. Last year the proceeds were donated to Long Beach LGBTQ center (The Center), The AIDS food store and CARE program.

There will be finisher medals for everyone, and tech-t!

**Shoreline FrontRunners – is part of international Frontrunners organization and specifically, the western US region. Long Beach Pride run is part of the Pride Run Circuit. anyone completing three pride run in three different regions will receive the special pride run circuit medal.
