I know lot of us miss our Adventure Run days. The days when we ran around town store to store collecting raffle tickets, and winning free race entries and above all, having a beer after a weekday run – on a school night! It was one of the most attended run in OC! It brought lot of us together. I am a loyal Road Runners Laguna Hills customer partly or mostly because of that run!
Well, Adventure Run is not coming back, however, Road Runners Laguna Hills’s Wednesday Night Run Club tomorrow is bringing in 26.2 Brew for any one that attend the run , and 21 and above to try for free!
You don’t have to suffer through 26.2 miles, and qualify races to go to Boston, or anything like that. Just RSVP, and show up at Road Runners Laguna Hills at 6pm, and sign up and run one mile to 6mile! Thats all!
Come out for old times sake! Come for the run and come for the 26.2 Brew!
26.2 Brew is made by Marathon Brewing, part of the Boston Beer Company (the brewery behind Samuel Adams Boston Lager) and was exclusively available only to Boston Marathon, but recently they announced they will sell it everywhere. 26.2 Brew is the official beer for OC Marathon.
Talking of OC Marathon, OC Marathon will also have discounted registration prices at the race, so bring your $$s if you haven’t signed up for the race already!
