Carlsbad Marathon and Half Marathon is happening this Sunday – Jan 19th. I have always liked this race. I have run the half marathon twice so far. Its in January which is perfect running weather here in so cal. Nice and cold, with bit of warmth so you are not freezing your socks! The course is mostly flat, for a San Diego race. AT one point my goal was to run a marathon here, but I never managed to sign up to run. This year, I have to sadly stay home and wish everyone that run this race. But if you are looking to run, registration is still open.

For San Diego Triple Crown series challenge, this is the first of the series, so if you are looking to run this challenge, you have to run this race for sure!
